Cushion Comfort

There are many cushions available in the high street in all manner of colours and designs. However, there is no guarantee that you won't walk into your friends or neighbours house and see exactly the same cushion. Also cushions can be a lovely gift, but they do have to be that little bit special.  There are some creative and wonderful cushions available. Here is just a small selection of the ones I have found.

This beautiful cushion is designed and made by Nadia Sparham, who also creates ceramic designs and unique murals as an alternative to wallpaper. Nadia designs the cushions to order, so each design is unique to you.

If you are looking for something with a fun and quirky design then Rachael Taylor's designs are ideal. Rachael states that one of her aims is to create designs that make people happy. Great cushions guaranteed to cheer up even the dullest sofa.

I also found this beautifully hand embroidered cushion is from the collection by Niki Jones, which would look great in a sumptious pile of cushions.

However, if you are searching for a more vintage or country look, then Glitter Pink is the site for you with their shabby chic range of cushions - perfect for a kitchen sofa or bedroom armchair.

Finally if you are looking for a cushion to create that luxury look then an Emma Purdie Design could be just what you are looking for. Working from her studio in Devon every Cushion is screen printed by hand, and is made using the finest silk Dupion, each cushion is specially designed by Emma to the customer’s specifications.
